We are just happy to finally be outside exploring.

Yasmin is strong, independent, tries new things and loves her family. She doesn't always make the best choices but she is quick to think of solutions or new ideas for the problems she faces.

Easter is my favorite holiday! I love the meaning Easter is my favorite holiday! I love the meaning behind our celebration, the traditions, spring is close but mostly I love being with family.

Life is still far from normal but we are doing our best to still celebrate the life of Christ. I still miss everyone but taking life one day at a time helps.
Easter was the first celebration we had as our own Easter was the first celebration we had as our own individual family in this c*vid world. I'm not really ready for another round of unusual celebrations. 

There's nothing I can do to stop the world from turning so we press on. 

Palm Sunday is tomorrow. I'm not ready for extra fun or symbolic traditions but what I can do is spend the next week focusing more on Christ, my Savior. 

It doesn't feel like enough but HE is!
We've been learning about chickens as part of our We've been learning about chickens as part of our devotionals this week, so I arranged a chicken meet up with our neighbors. 

The kids loved petting them and had tons of questions when we got home. It was almost perfect.... Except one stepped on my foot (wearing sandals) and I nearly died. I don't love chickens especially their gross feet. 😳

Tell me what you hate that's not really logical. (Doesn't have to be related to chickens)
